Llangennech U16's 5 Tumble 0

Wednesday 18th September 2013

In their first game against each other, Llangenench played Tumble in Penygaer.

Llangennech continued their good form as they dominated the first half with an impressive slick passing display. Goals of the highest standard came from the powerful boot of Fraser Dickson and Jordan Badman in the first half. The midfield and defence looked solid throughout which allowed the ball to be pinged around the pitch in quick movements which threatened Tumble every time Llangennech had the ball.

Half time : Llangennech 2 Tumble 0

In the second half Tumble settled into the game and tried their hardest to get into the game . Credit must go to Tumble as they chased every ball and tried to exert pressure on Llangenench whenever they could. Llangenench however were far too good and excellent finishing by Jordan Badman ( who grabbed his hatrick with 2 well taken second half goals) and a great strike from Dan Philips ( his first of which i'm sure will be many goals) meant that the final score was 5-0.

The hard work put in by the Llangennech defence and nidfield allowed the strikers to enjoy quality ball in good positions. This was a great all round performance .

Final score : Llangennech 5 Tumble 0
