Llangennech overcame a very stubborn and tough tackleing Calsonic. Before kickoff Llan were rocked by the news that both keepers Sam and Jack Grosand also defender jack Grey were lost to injury we wish them a swift recovery. In very tricky conditions Llangennech to the lead with a well taken goal from Liam Jones but were soon pegged back with a good goal from Calsonic following a very good passing move as the 1st quarter ended 1 -1, the second quarter saw Llangennech extend their lead to 3 - 1 following goals from Eray Wilson and a second from Liam Jones following good work in midfield from Liam Fry, in another mom performance from him, linking well with Dylan and Celt good solid defence from Alisha, Sion and some excellent covering work from Peter saw Llangennech ending the 2nd quarter 3 - 1 up this was followed by a very tight 3rd quarter which ended scoreless thanks to some good goalkeeping at both ends in particular Ben Mathews who despite suffering from a very sore throat played on underlying the good spirit in the Llangennech camp. There were good opportunities at the other end following good link up play from Bethan Williams but a sound performance from their keeper kept the scoreline at 3 - 1 to Llangennech. The 4th quarter saw Llan pressing for a fourth goal following some good defensive play from Keir Catrin and Alisha  the ball found its way to Peter who did well to win a corner from which the fourth goal came from an excellent headed effort from Eray Wilson. Calsonic continued to make us work hard Celt going close after a gutsy run, good safe goalkeeping from keir kept the score the same with Llangennech running out worthy winners 4 - 1.
