Hendy 1 Under 13's 4

Llangennech under 13's have secured their first victory in only their fourth friendly match away to Hendy.  After last weeks heavy defeat to Morriston, the boys showed great character to produce an excellent performance.

Team:  Josh Watkins, Josh Evans, Jordan Saunders, Bariş Hakman, Mark Evans, Kieran Partridge, Leon Morris, Liam Williams, Dafydd Green, Rhys Evans, Jordan Davies.  Subs:  Sean Hughes, Steffan Lund, Steffan Edwards, Nathan Baker.

 

The Llangennech goals were scored by Jordan Davies, Steffan Edwards, Liam Williams and Rhys Evans.

The team look to be improving in huge steps and the way that they kept their shape was particularly pleasing.  The football was neat and tidy with some fantastic individual performances to boot.

Training will be in Llangennech Park at 6pm on Monday.  By training and playing games through the summer we are hoping to give the players the experience and sharpness needed come the start of the league campaign in September.
