Llan 0-4 Loughor

Llan slumped to a third defeat of the season with a poor performance against high flying Loughor. The match started with Loughor calm and comfortable in possession, unlike the nervy Llan team who could not keep the ball. Loughor were dangerous down the right flank and on a few occasions put threatening crosses into the box, but Sean Jewell making his first appearance made a number of good interceptions.

Llan had Josh Watkins to thank for keeping the match level on 15 minutes when Loughor's tricky winger saw his effort brilliantly saved. However, before the half time whistle, Loughor were deservedly ahead when the same player scored from a tight angle. Unluckily for Llan, Liam Williams' great effort from 25 yards hit the post and Loughor led 1-0.

With the game still in the balance Llan were hoping to equalise but shot themselves in the foot two minutes after the restart. Jordan Frampton uncharacteristically lost the ball in his own area allowing a Loughor player to score with a looping strike. It got worse for Llan soon afterwards when Loughor's corner was met with a header at goal which deflected off Jack Evans and in. The game was over as a contest when Loughor's midfielder scored a wonderful goal from 20 yards into the top corner to make it 4-0.

Despite Llan's poor first touch evident throughout the team and loose passing they never gave up and were unlucky on many occassions to grab a consolation goal. Kieran Partridge saw his header cleared off the line, while Corrie Jenkins shot wide and other's were unable to add a finish also. A disappointing result and more so performance.
