Llan 3-1 Penygaer
Corrie M

Penygaer made Llan work hard for this victory down at Hendy. Much of the first half was evenly shared but Llan had the best chances on goal as Liam Williams was denied by Penygaer's goalkeeper and Sean Jewell effort was saved onto the crossbar as well. The breakthrough came close to half time when Bradley Hillier on his return fired a long range shot that went over the goalkeeper.

Llan were more fluid in the second half and put together some decent passing moves as three new players were introduced. One of which Corrie Morris netted his tenth of the season with almost his first touch as he applied a cool finish over the advancing keeper. But Penygaer were far from giving up and played some good football at times that led to them winning a free kick on the right wing. The kick was rifled across the goal mouth which a Llan player diverted into the back of his own net.

Jack Evans though restored the two goal cushion soon afterwards to secure Llan's fourth league win on the spin. Evans twenty yards from goal superbly half volleyed a dropping ball into the bottom corner of the net giving Llan some breathing space.
